AD Auto Total staged during the weekend 10-11 June, the most successful edition of Auto Total Business Show (ATBS) so far: 40 000 car lovers enjoyed the good weather, four wheel sports and outdoor entertainment at Romexpo. At its sixth edition, ATBS is a renowned automotive event in Romania dedicated to manufacturers and service equipments.
Two days of show in Bucharest already. The asphalt at Romexpo made sparks fly because the drift kings Sorin Ene, Catalin Trifan, Traian Buse, Vlad Stanescu, Marius Mitrache, Ilarion Grigorici, Radu Moise a.k.a. EVL Santos, Radu Vaduva and Gabi Imre, Niculae Dobre and Razvan Stan gave their best (evidently, sacrificing plenty of tyres on the roadside). The fantastic 11 closed their show on Sunday with an exceptional gala, marching on with four cars in synchronous sideslips, excelling in battles and incredible crosses in dangerous angles. Angyal Zoltan, stunt riding world champion, stroke back and brought motorbikes lovers an inflammatory show, literally and figuratively speaking, with the help of motorbike helmet and several audacious assistants selected ad hoc from the audience. His program included tricks Lazy Wheelie, Wheelie Over Bar, Stoppie 180 Jump on a MZ 250 motorbike and two Triumphs specially designed for stunts. Lords of Gravity basketball team, ATBS special invites, gave a remarkable acrobatic marathon notable for its exceptional technique and choreography assuredness, in the inspiring applause of fans on the roadside. Sexy Car Wash had their share of success among the visitors, as well as the many prize competitions and raffles organized within the Central Pavilion.
Over 130 manufacturers representing very well known names in the automotive field, from 18 countries, (Germany, Great Britain, France, Poland etc) or local leading companies, such as AD Garage, independent repair shops network in Romania, have presented their latest developments at Romexpo in the original and aftermarket car parts. Interesting novelties at the show included among others the system Remote Diagnosis Telematrix (an advanced real time remote diagnosis system) of the Auto Academy, allowing any technician to diagnose the car problems despite not being in the repair shop.
“This is the only opportunity of the year when the final consumer is able to meet the manufacturers of his car parts. We have an increasingly good, passionate audience, going through our novelties with real enthusiasm” says Gabriel Zane, Marketing AD Auto Total Manager.
“Getting in contact with our clients’ clients, independent repair shops, spare parts shops and car fleets is a real advantage. One can see that all of them, both the suppliers and the organizers, are getting more experienced and more focused year on year. Of all the events at which we are present in Europe, Auto Total Business Show dominates in terms of number of visitors. We are trying to come back again with new attractions every year.
